in the light of the new decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 22 March 2020, we wish to update you regarding the operations of the company in this particular and difficult moment.

The giarre.com staff continues to be at your side, following your orders step by step and giving you all the information you need. For this reason we will continue to guarantee the shipment of your orders.

Delivery
We are doing everything possible to guarantee punctuality in receiving your order, but due to the complex situation of transport and companies in Italy, Europe and all over the world, there may be some delays in delivery. The glasses on the site are ordered directly from the manufacturers when our staff receives your order. Some companies are currently not fully operational, so there may be slight delays in shipping.

We will contact you following your order and will inform you in a timely manner about the delivery times.
We remind you that the main couriers are taking new measures to eliminate any type of contact and shipments can be delivered without the need for drivers to obtain the signature of the person receiving the goods.

We kindly ask you not to order too many different sizes and / or colors of the same product in order to have the possibility to choose, as at the moment orders of this type may not be processed. Therefore we ask you to understand the particularity of the moment we are experiencing and to limit the return of the purchased goods, to avoid sanitization processes that could damage the frames. We thank you for your understanding and we will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
